Primary Care Networks

Let us help take the pressure off...

With so much to do and growing expectations of PCNs, but what is a PCN?

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is neighboring doctor practices’ that have come together for the benefit of the patients within their boundaries. These Networks work in collaboration with each other sharing Resources, Knowledge and Best Practice.

So how does BHNC and PCN align together?

As a Federation, BHNC can help take away some of the pressure associated with the administration and facilitation of your PCN so they can spend time focusing on the things that really matter to their patients.

We can help your PCN with a range of activities, including workforce and funding submissions; project management; quality improvement; legal, governance and accountancy support; and administration and PA support for Clinical Directors.

Working at scale we are able to offer much more cost-effective support for your PCN, and being a GP led organisation with many of our Board members also being PCN Clinical Directors, we understand the unique needs of PCNs and CDs.

All of our staff are experienced about their role and details associated with assisting your Primary Care Network.

For your peace of mind our work is fully insured and indemnified.
