Change in Occupational Health Supplier

We would like to convey that we have changed our Occupational Health provider from OH Works (part of the Oxleas contractthat the Darent Valley team can provide include the following (not an exhaustive list):

Ø  Pre-employ) to the Health and Wellness/Occupational Health Department at Darent Valley Hospital (Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust).

The services ment checks and review of Imms and Vaccs.

Ø  Hep B vaccines, anti body testing.

Ø  Management referrals.
