Our vision is to improve the health and wellbeing of residents across the course of their entire life – supporting people to start well, live well and age well."

“We are proud to be the local voice of learning disability in Bexley. We are a local charity supporting people with learning disabilities, and the people who care about them, within the Bexley Borough. We are affiliated to Royal Mencap Society but do not receive regular funding from them, we are independently run and focus our work and support entirely on people living locally. We run a range of services and groups to help us achieve our aims.”

“Mind in Bexley is a mental health charity in Bexley. We are one of 125 local Minds affiliated to National Mind the leading mental health charity in England & Wales. Each local Mind is a unique, independent charity run by local people, for local people. We were established in 1986 by a group of people who wanted to greatly improve mental health care in Bexley, by challenging the traditional large institutional model that was dominant at the time. We have always tried to maintain this courageous and pioneering spirit at the heart of what we do.”

“At Oxleas, we offer a wide range of health and social care services to people living in south east London and parts of Kent. This includes community health care such as district nursing and health visiting, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies. Our multidisciplinary teams look after people of all ages and we work in partnership with other parts of the NHS, local councils and the voluntary sector. Our 4,000 members of staff work in many different settings such as hospitals, clinics, prisons, children’s centres, schools and people’s homes. We manage hospital sites including Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup and Memorial Hospital in Woolwich as well as the Bracton Centre, our medium secure unit for people with mental health needs. Our prison health services cover Kent and South London including HMP Wandsworth.”

The Trust is responsible for:

· Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich

· University Hospital Lewisham

· A range of community health services in Lewisham

· Some services at Queen Mary’s Hospital in Sidcup.”

“The Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC) is a Local Representative Committee recognised under NHS regulations and represents all Pharmacy contractors within the Boroughs of Bexley, Bromley & Greenwich.

The LPC has a 14 member committee of which 8 are independent Pharmacy contractors, 4 Company Chemists Association (CCA) members and 2 Association of Independent Multiple Pharmacies (AIMp Ltd).”

“Londonwide Local Medical Committees (Londonwide LMCs) is the clinically led independent voice of general practice in the capital. We aim to secure the future of general practice in London through our work with all partners in the health and social care sector and beyond, and by supporting and representing over 7,000 GPs and 1,100 practices in London through the 27 locally elected committees that we serve. We ensure that London’s GPs and their practices have access to the information and support they need to help them provide the best possible service to their patients.”
